Building Permit

1. In 2001 this property was buildable.  We even had approval from the local township and 6/7 of the County requirements met.

2. Since then changes in zoning have made this property not buildable.

3. New DNR and Goodhue County flood-plain maps will change the status to maybe buildable in about a year.

4. Obviously, as Florida and the other coastal cities sink into the ocean future rules will make this property buildable again.

5. Cabin upgrade rules state that the existing cabin cannot be upgraded more than 50% of the current value.
