Minnesota snowmobile trail #317 comes from the adjacent field and cuts across the driveway.  This makes for a perfect winter entryway into the vast Minnesota trail system during the winter. You can literally cross the entire state from this entrance.

The trail winds through the river valley and then up to the field above to branch out in multiple directions.  You can see the trail system in this map which is updated yearly.

Since this is a public trail it is groomed regularly and has been quite nice in the past.

The property comes with a snowmobile shed with identical ramped entrances like this on both sides.

In the spring the ski village across the street has competitions racing up the ski slopes.
